Health Screening

DOE Buildings

ALL DOE employees, students, visitors, and families seeking to enter DOE buildings must complete a health screening before entering DOE facilities. This health screening must be completed on each day of arrival and results will reset at midnight of each day. Upon entering the facility you will be asked to provide the results of your screening either by showing your phone or a printout of the results.

Welcome to Middle College High School at LaGuardia community College. We urge all students and parents to make the very best out of this unique academic opportunity at our school. Our Early College program offers students the rare opportunity to take college courses while they are still in high school.

Enrolling in Middle College High School gives students not only the opportunity to graduate from high school, but can also earn enough college credits to enter a four-year university as a sophomore or junior.

Students who work hard and take full advantage of this beautiful opportunity can graduate with an Associate Degree if they choose to remain in the fifth year of our Early College program. This means that our students walkout of the door and enter the real world with skills unmatched by many high school graduates and head starts on options for their career choices.

To keep students connected and able to learn from home, the DOE is lending 300,000 + internet-enabled iPads to students. Families that want to request a device should fill out the Remote Learning Device Request form. Teachers and school staff should use this same form to request devices on behalf of their students.

(MCHS is currently out of Chromebooks until October. Please still fill out the form.) Middle College will provide Chromebooks and technical support to all students who are in need of a device for Remote Learning. Please click on the button to reserve your Chromebooks.
